Welcome to SampleSeek (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, and any other linked pages, features, or content offered by us (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Services. You agree that the information you provide (e.g., email, first name, and last name) is accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Service

Song Recognition Feature: Note: To comply with song recognition service policies, please note that your Seeker will undergo periodic breaks during sample searches. SampleSeek cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the song recognition service(s) on your behalf.

Permitted Use: You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use the Services in violation of any local, national, or international law.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit our Services without our express written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or related systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by or licensed to SampleSeek and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
